DAY 1 – ARRIVAL & ROMANTIC WELCOME
- 11:00 AM: Pick-up from Batam Ferry Terminal (Harbour Bay / Batam Centre).
- 12:00 PM: Arrive at Kiki Traditional Jetty and check-in for boat transfer.
- 1:00 PM: Boat departs to Kiki Beach Island Resort (approx. 20 minutes).
- 1:30 PM: Arrival, welcome drink, and resort briefing.
- Check-in to Glamping Villa (Sea Villa Beach View / Sea Villa Deluxe / Lagoon Villa) with romantic room decoration and welcome snacks.
- Afternoon: Free time to relax by the beach, swim at the lagoon, or enjoy complimentary activities such as Tidal Walk or Jetty Fishing (exclude bait).
- Evening: Romantic 4-course beachfront dinner under the stars, followed by wishing lantern and roman candle firework experience.

DAY 2 – COUPLE’S ISLAND EXPERIENCE

General Policy & Validity
- Package valid until end of June 2026.
- Rates valid for minimum 2 persons in 1 room (sharing occupancy).
- Weekday rates only; Saturday surcharge RM 43 per person.
- Public Holiday surcharge RM 186 per room per night.
- All Kiki Nature Daily Activities are subject to weather conditions.
Transport & Transfer
- Private land transfer (no sharing with other guests).
- Includes 1x pick-up and 1x drop-off within Batam area.
- Direct transfer with no rest stop.
- Pick-up scheduled 90 minutes before boat departure.
- Earlier pick-up available upon request; boat departs as scheduled.
Boat Schedule
- One scheduled boat transfer per day.
- Additional boat request subject to surcharge RM 429 per way (max 15 pax).
Prohibition
- No outside food & beverage.
- No portable stove.
- No animals allowed.
- No durian allowed (hand-carry snacks permitted).
Remarks & Cancellation
- Full payment required 3 days before check-in.
- Reschedule must be made at least 7 days before arrival.
- Reschedule valid within 1 month from original check-in date.
