DESCRIPTION

Mangrove River Cruise on sharing tours offers a relaxed and family-friendly nature experience, ideal for guests with children or those seeking a gentle introduction to Desaru’s coastal ecosystems. Departing from Desaru Coast, the journey begins with a 15-minute scenic transfer to the Sungai Lebam jetty.

Upon boarding an explorer boat, guests enjoy a 45-minute cruise along the calm waters of the Lebam River, surrounded by dense mangrove forests where wildlife sightings may include Black-shouldered Kites, herons, and Pacific swallows.

As the boat glides through the winding waterways, your naturalist guide explains the fascinating mangrove ecosystem and its unique adaptations to tidal changes. The journey also provides a glimpse of local river life, featuring a small fishing settlement and a traditional floating restaurant.  Once the tour concluded we will send you back to your accomodation
