Do I need kayaking experience?
No prior experience is necessary. Our kayaking adventure on the Lebam River is conducted at a leisurely pace and is suitable for beginners. A full safety briefing and paddling instructions are provided by our guides before we enter the water.
What should I wear and bring?
For Kayaking, wear clothing that can get wet and secure footwear. For Birdwatching, neutral-colored clothing is recommended. For evening tours (Firefly and Stars), casual wear is fine. Please bring insect repellent, sun protection, and your camera for all daytime activities.
What happens if it rains?
Our tours operate in light rain. In the event of heavy rain or thunderstorms that may compromise safety, the tour may be delayed or rescheduled. For the 'Under the Desaru Stars' session, visibility depends on clear skies; if it is heavily overcast, we will attempt to reschedule or provide an alternative nature talk.
Is this 4-day package suitable for children?
Yes, this package is designed for families. The Firefly Cruise, Birdwatching, and Stargazing are suitable for all ages. For Kayaking, children should be accompanied by an adult in a double kayak to ensure safety and enjoyment.
